Returning to private practice in 2013, Michael Ian Bender focuses on high-conflict custody and divorce matters as well as high-profile parentage cases. His focus is always on the welfare of the children involved.  Bender is also a court-appointed mediator and is approved to act as a child’s representative, guardian ad litem, and attorney-for-the-child in Cook County.
