Michael Ian Bender is pleased to be part of the esteemed panel at the Seminar presenting Parentage Mediation – Lawyers and Mediators Working Together. This informative seminar will serve as a practical guide to making mediation work for family law and lawyers. Bender brings a unique perspective to the panel as he is a skilled family law attorney in Chicago and a retired Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. During his time on the bench and in private practice, Bender has been a proponent for mediation as an effective alternative to litigation when possible. Taking place on Friday, June 6 at East Banc Club in Chicago, Bender will join the panel with Nancy Mynard, President LEDDED Ltd.; Ralla Klepak, J.D., Ph.D; Alison Miner, J.D.; Phyllis Gould, LCSW CADC; and Susan Yates, Executive Director RSI.
